What we collect
When you create a KillCountAI account we store your name, email address, and optionally your phone number and profile photo. When you score rounds, we store your scores, shooting discipline, club and squad details, and any notes you add.
If you submit your email through a form on this website (for example to receive a free resource), we store that email address and which page it came from.
Why we collect it
We use this information to run the app: saving and syncing your scores, showing your progress and analytics, connecting you with your club, coach, and squad, and letting you enter and follow competitions.
We use website form submissions to send you the resource you asked for and occasional product updates. You can opt out of updates at any time.
What we share
Scores you choose to share — with your club, coach, squad, or via a share link — are visible to those people. Competition scores entered at an organised event are visible to the organisers of that event. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can update your profile details at any time in the app. To request a copy of your data, or to ask us to delete your account and associated data, contact us at hardus@killcount.ai.
Changes
If this notice changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
